You may only create and use one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings menu. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, including learning progress, streaks, and vocabulary lists, will be permanently erased.

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
To cancel your subscription:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support, as they handle all payment processing.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but may apply to renewals.

is the exclusive property of Zolingo and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, such as custom vocabulary lists. By creating content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the service.
"Zolingo" and associated logos are trademarks of Zolingo. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
You may report content issues (incorrect translations, typos, etc.) using the in-app reporting feature. Reports are anonymous and help us improve content quality.
You agree not to misuse the reporting system by submitting false, spam, or frivolous reports. Abuse of the reporting system may result in account suspension.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR CONSOLIDATED ACTION.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zolingo regarding the App.
